You can use the strap handles either by carrying it or putting it onto your back around your arms. It has a black satin fabric inside the purse area. The outside is a nice pretty design with a crochet / weaving look to it.

**IT MEASURES…**Approx. 6 1/2 inches wide across X 7 1/2 inches long. The straps are nice thick rope type and measures…Approx. 24 inches around from end to end when not pulled tight to close the purse tight and approx. 29 inches long when the purse is closed tighter.
