I bought this Zara bag in 2019 and only used it a couple of times before the covid lockdowns hit. I kind of forgot about it after that, as it was in the back of my closet. It's in excellent condition! The only mentionable is that it had a very wide canvas crossbody strap that I no longer have. I found it to be too overpowering for the size of the bag and tossed it. If desired, you could use a crossbody strap of your choosing as the rings are still there and they are functional. I personally preferred it has a handbag.
