Looking for a detached garage, warehouse, or even barn to store 10-15 completed and pending car restoration projects. Preferred in the Sandy to Ogden area but will consider all within 45min of SLC. Needs to be 50 ft long and 30 Wide in useable floor space at least, but will consider more or less space for the right price, including if it's a bunch of parking spaces side by side. I am also happy parking 2-4 outside if the garage is a little smaller. Have a huge warehouse and want to make some extra income renting a corner out? I'm cool with sharing. Just trying to get my projects in a safe space and off my lawn. Willing to pay what it's worth, but hoping for around $3-1,200/mo. The space will be storage only, so no power or water are needed.
