Just add whole cow's or goat's milk (or maybe coconut milk?) once per day, and these will make safe fermented kefir to harvest if left on a counter. No heating required, but you can cook with kefir, too. Kefir will SAVE YOU MONEY if it replaces some of the yogurt or dairy products you buy and can help you SAVE ON MEDICAL BILLS.
