Located in Layton. These grains were originally given to me by my mother-in-law over 6 months ago. I have extra grains so you can make your own powerful superfood each day! Just add whole cow's or goat's milk (or maybe coconut milk?) once per day, and these will make safe fermented kefir to harvest if left on a counter. No heating required, but you can cook with kefir, too. Kefir will SAVE YOU MONEY if it replaces some of the yogurt or dairy products you buy and can help you SAVE ON MEDICAL BILLS. These grains have been carefully handled and preserved by two clean adults (my husband and me) in a smoke-free, pet-free home, except for a fish :). We do not touch these grains with metal. We have been rinsing them before adding milk each day.
