Entertaing the idea of a sectional so would like to sell these first. We have loved and taken great care of these theater seats that we pruchased from https://www.theaterseatstore.com. Would prefer to sell the four seat layout and chair together. One of the seats, pictured, has a small tear. It doesn't seem to be getting any bigger and unless the seat is reclined, you can barely notice it.
