Water damage from roof leaking around air conditioner, The plywood will need to be replaced. has queen size bed in the rear Sold as is. had plans to restore it, but divorce forcing sale. title in hand. update- engine does start and runs good, transmission shifts into gear, but will need to be towed due to an issue with the brakes.
