Smith & Nephew IV3000 1-hand 2 3/8” x 2 3/4”. These are hypoallergenic. They work great for insulin pumps and CGM. Diabetic or diabetes use. These work well with Omnipod five, Tandem T slim X2 and Mobi pumps, beat up bionics iLet pump, or Medtronic mini med 780. Also works great with Dexcom G6 or G7, or freestyle Libre two or three.

These are not specifically designed for use with Diabetes products, but they work great for that purpose. That being said, they work great for a lot of other medical devices and medical needs.

The original package came with 100 patches. There are still 55 left. The package of 100 sells for $35 on Amazon. I am asking $10 for the remaining 55 patches.
