CashAppIndividual paddock boarding with or without covered run-in stalls. No barn. Round pen and riding area available. Self-care board is $175 a month per horse for individual paddock; I can feed your hay for an additional $75 per month and you can buy your hay from me. Can clean your droppings for another $120. Space for trailer parking for $25 month. I am not a professional facility! I am a private set-up and just have extra paddocks if you need somewhere reasonable for your horse. I have extra paddocks because both my 28 and 29 year old horses passed away. No professional riding arena, just a dirt riding area that is maintained for use. It used to be my pasture. Boarder areas are clean and maintained. There is a smaller arena area for turn outs, 40x60 training area and no pasture as it is dry lot, not irrigated.
Lots of room to work your horse without fighting for space and time. Close to West Haven and Hooper arenas, trails. Easy access to freeway and other riding areas. Room for multiple animals.
