VenmoUp for sale is a 1989 Caprice 9C1 CERTIFIED 115mph police package gauge cluster! It’s in great overall condition, worked when I pulled it 20 years ago, has OD trans indicator and odo reads 298396. Fits 86-90 Caprices. Getting hard to find these! May fit back to 1977 but not sure – do your research. Asking $100 obo Come take a look and get it out of my garage! Let me know if you have any questions.
