10+ years old sourdough starter kept alive and happy this whole time.

I feed it only organic high mountain wheat bread flour and reverse osmosis water. No crappy folic acid here. I also like my starter a little stronger / thicker than others but you can add more water to how you like it when you feed it.

Active and ready to go, will be in a mason jar.
