VenmoPrice is firm. I don't know much about these as they were given to me by a family member. But I do know that they are absolutelty stunning! I looked them up but couldn't find an exact match, but I did find that they are Baroque Antique Style trinket boxes.
Baroque style is a highly ornate and dramatic style of art that flourished in Europe from the early 17th century to the mid-18th century, and is characterized by ornate, elaborate decoration and design, with a sense of grandeur and opulence.
The boxes are well made and possibly hand carved. I think they are made of high quality resin, but not 100% sure. They have a silver base (background) that is accented with shimmery faux gold fleck overlay. Each box has a rosette style knob and their interior has a smooth black surface. The two larger boxes have a smooth gliding, sturdy hinge. The smallest box has a lid that is removeable. Each box has a price tag with an item number on the bottom. They are marked $250 each. I'm assuming they were sold at a boutique type store since the item numbers don't match any major retailer. I have no idea where or when they were purchased.
The boxes are in good condition with some of the gold flecking missing. The largest box has the most unique construction/shape but has some scuffed edges. The other two boxes are in better condition. The box with the removeable lid has a slight mark on the inside where it appears that something may have stuck to the bottom, but obviously it's not in view when the lid is in place. Overall they are fully functional, and due to the silver base (background), you don't really notice the missing faux gold flecking.
The only reason I am selling them is because they don't match my aesthetic. Although, I will admit that I absolutely love them! Unfortunately, I have nowhere to display them. I am selling them as a set of 3 for $75, all 3 for less than the price of one when new. Price is firm.
