I added little hooks because my daughter did want a little tighter up top, they can be removed . The off the shoulder sleeves are beautiful or you can modify them to be like cap sleeves or a shawl. I just washed on the delicate cycle. Such a beautiful, fun dress for dances. I will post dance pictures of when my daughter wore it. $60
