This is a dust cover for an AK 47 that has a 20 mm aluminum weaver/pic rail mounted to it. I used this dust cover on my AK for two years before I sold it. I made it because the cost of side mount rails and dust covers with welded pic rails for AK's is ridiculous. I used this with my scope and never had any problems with it. My scope held zero because the dust cover was a precise fit and did not move due to recoil. It's 3.5 inches long, and 1.5 inches wide. It's aluminum, not resin. The dust cover is the standard AK 47 Kalashnikov design version, which iw what the majority of AK's are.
