We cannot see a signature but we are not art people. The piece has been in a California family for many generations listed in the historical and biographical records of Southern California page 553. Family members were born and or lived in rough and ready cal Hollywood long Beach and Huntington Beach cal. So not sure who painted it or where or when it was acquired have thoughts but not sure.
