VenmoCrokinole is a great game for families, couples, and competitive individuals alike. We usually describe it as “sort of like tabletop curling” or “it’s like a chill, old-man Canadian game.” It’s a great option for any skill level and any tier of competitiveness, and it’s a game that will draw you in and keep you playing as you nearly miss a shot but you know that you could make it with just one more try. Truly a great game to own and discover with friends of practically any age. If you want to test a board, feel free to contact me and we can setup a time!
We have been building crokinole boards for a little over 2 years now. We have 4 available for purchase now, and will build ones with custom colors and logos in a 4-6 week turn around time depending on the type of stain or paint job. For simple colored boards with a natural wood top, the price is $250. For custom boards the price is between $300-350 depending on complexity. We feel this is a very competitive price for a quality handmade board due to the hours it takes and the costs of raw materials.
These boards are made of real wood, by hand, and polished and waxed thoroughly to create a smooth playing surface. They can be used with or without the addition of powdered shuffleboard wax. We also have a website with an overview of rules and some behind the scenes pictures of the build process, and can provide links and information on how to wax your board and other tips for hanging and storage.
Each purchased board includes 2 sets of shooters/discs of various colors, one set of wall mounting hardware, and a simple scoring setup. Also available for purchase are custom crokinole storage and scoring boxes (last couple pictures have examples).
If you’d like a custom board, feel free to reach out and we can discuss what we’re capable of. A 50% deposit will be required upon agreement of purchase. We will also have a form signed by both parties laying out deliverables and timeline so that the expectations can be met.
We are located in the Mapleton area and will meet between Provo-Payson, or deliver farther for a fee depending on distance from Mapleton. Cash preferred but Venmo is also accepted. Thanks for looking!
