Excellent condition, everything works great! It has a new power tongue jack as well as all new 5,000 lb scissor stabilizer jacks on the corners with drill adapter, axel flipped for more clearance, also has new tires with aftermarket rims. The canvas is also brand new (replaced due to a large tear on the slide out), new outdoor speakers and stereo. Lift system greased recently. It has an outdoor shower as well as a flip down 2 burner grill with quick connect propane. Inside it has a wet bath with hard sided walls, 3 way refrigerator, oven and 3 burner stove, furnace that works great, sink, slide out with dinette, queen and king bed. It has a 26 gallon fresh tank, with separate gray and black holding tanks. It has all of the amenities as a hard sided trailer but lighter and more versatile. Asking $8000. Clean title. Will include 4 solar blankets for bunk ends as well as reflectix for the king bed windows, also 3 light fan combos. The curtains are just clipped onto the original curtains and are easily removed if they are not your style. The zipper on the awning bag dry rotted so it is tied up with some strap things, but everything is there and it does work!
