The renter(s) agree to pay for any damage caused to the rental items except for ordinary wear and tear. Renter(s) understand that there are inherant risks with operating an air compreasor and agree to assume all the risk associated with the use of the air compressor and hold those renting the items harmless for any injury or damages from the renter's use of these items.
