Air conditioning blows cold. fridge works water heater works with brand new electrode from the end of last year no leaks brand new tires less than 500 miles on them. brand new wheel bearings/ wheel seals 1 year old. new pull out couch. Both batteries are 6 voltage are 2 years old propane tanks are filled. as you can tell by the pictures the entire front wall, bed frame, sub frame and floor has been completely rebuilt. ice/ water shielded with impact resistant rubberized water shield for the rocks that make it past your mud flaps. front trailer light needs a cosmetic lense. its honestly been a great trailer. We will be sad to see it go. we took it out last week end to San rafael swell and it did flawless. It is by no means perfect but it will be a great trailer to whomever gets it. price negotiable.
