**WHITE by MTD 20" 2 CYCLE snow blower.**It has electric start, and when you push the button it really tries, but sounds like the clutch needs to be adjusted, and WILL NOT engage. Also carb needs to be serviced. $150 OBO Mechanic friend says it will be an easy fix, but that isn't my forte. Make me an offer, don't be ridiculous, and we go from there.
