The tires are all in great shape with a lot of tread left. It runs great. In 2023 we did a bunch of preventative maintenance - had it aligned and changed oil in the transmission, differential, and engine.

The anode rod in the water heater was replaced last year, and it was flushed. We also had the black, and gray tanks flushed.

Slide topper was replaced last year. This year of Forest River motorhomes had a factory defect in the shoulders of the roof which caused them to crack. We had this fixed with EternaBond roofing tape instead of replacing the entire roof, which is still in great shape. We never noticed any roof leaks, so this was just preventative.

The leveling system works fine, but has some quirks that we can go over if you want to come look at the motorhome. The generator runs for a bit but then shuts off, we are planning on taking it in to make sure it is calibrated correctly.
