Shave the treatment area. Remove the applicator from the base. Press the elos activation button on the applicator. Place the applicator on your skin so that the two RF chrome contact bars are in complete contact with skin. The me will flash. After each flash, glide the applicator slowly to the next spot over the skin by moving in one continuous motion. Avoid overlap between adjacent pulses. Perform once a week for the first seven uses. Monthly treatments afterwards will make results last longer.
