VenmoNOT TRADING**
Electra Omega from the early 80's Les Paul Copy
Purchased and hang on wall for a few decades. Due to condition, if this guitar could only talk, it was played before that from previous owner. Travel soft case included and huge for all your stuff, multiple pockets, not a cheapy.
We went over it and repaired the following issues
-replaced input jack due to grounding issue (allparts)
-repaired and replaced wiring from jack to pot due to multiple splices issue with single pieces, liquid tape common ground after re-solder, hot wire re-solder and liquid tape
-fixed wiring on input jack to not interfere with cable input
-re-orient toggle jack, affixed wiring short on side terminal out of the way
-re-solder capacitor on tone pot, now functioning
-install toggle switch jack cap with a Gibson OEM (missing)
Disclaimer: Clearly the original pot knobs have been replaced with pedal set screw type. Any Gibson replacement push on will only work on 2 as they a knurled teeth type. Other 2 are bigger and require set screw type. I do not know what is original as it was purchase used. Pickups are original as is toggle switch.
This would be way cheaper than buying a Gibson and is a Japanese which are red hot now in current market. Will not last long.
