Price is negotiable. 2011 Road Warrior 35-foot fifth wheel toy hauler with two slides (11,000 pounds dry weight and 14000 pounds gross weight). 5500 watt on board generator, 20 gallon fuel station. 100-gallon water tank and a new water pump as of last year, two 40-gallon gray water tanks, and one 60-gallon black water tank. Two 7 gallon propane tanks (both are currently full) There are tons of cabinets with lots of storage and a huge storage compartment underneath. Two queen-size drop-down bunk beds in the garage. Master suite has a slide and a queen size bed. Sleeps 6 comfortably. The garage is separate with its own entrance and sliding glass door between main living and garage. Garage can fit two four wheelers or a two-seater side by side or a number of dirt bikes. It has a hitch and power plug to haul a second trailer. There are a few dings and dents (I wish I could give the story behind the dings and dents, but I bought it that way), but they do not affect the trailer at all. Roof is in good shape, no leaks. Tires are only a few years old and are 14 ply and have 90% of their tread. The batteries are also only a couple of years old, and I have it set up with three batteries for extra storage capacity, two 6 volts, and one 12 volt. I replaced all the light bulbs with led bulbs. Overall, this trailer is in good shape, and everything is in normal operating condition.
