I've had this about 6 months. barely used. . . but works well perfectly.... you can see the price new. so it's a steal of a deal. my husband had to cut the back part of the top portion to be able to make sure we had maintenance access.... because you can see it goes right to the ceiling..... but we've never needed to because it was hardly used.... it looks flawless from the front.... but it was cut so we could slide the top portion off. anyway... that's why the price is lower than I would've normally put it. message with any questions
