This trailer is kinda small but it is freakin sweet! It pulls like nothing is there, I pulled it from Utah to Montana, then to Idaho and then home last summer. Previous owner put a new membrane roof on it just over a year ago just before I bought it. Everything works great it is still winterized just because I haven’t gotten it out this but we can go through and test all water if you want. A/C works great, forced air furnace that is routed through out the trailer works great, fridge works great, no leaks in bathroom, outside sink works good, new microwave, stove and oven work great and lastly the additional catalytic heater rocks! Get cold when your out hunting come in and fire that bad boy up, you’ll feel like your hugging a fire. Has aftermarket gooseneck hitch but I’m pretty positive it comes off if you have 5th wheel hitch. I have a hit hitch I can throw in with it if you want. Have a 10HP Coleman generator that is part of the deal as well. Only issue that it has is the leaky city water connection you see in the pictures, I haven’t made it to the RV store to buy a new one yet. I would just fill the water tank and use the water pump when I needed water. Also has receiver hitch on rear bumper for storage rack or additional small trailer if you really want to get crazy. Will come with with utinsels, and cook ware. Just put 2 new batteries in trailer, had it up on the mountain this year and just re-winterized trailer
