Vintage large size Underwriters Laboratories table lamp, E-21217, D-6286. The base is a Falkenstein 7135. I am not certain how old this is and could not find this lamp anywhere. I found a similar large lampo retailing for $459 on Etsy. I found onl;y one shade that fits, not sure it is the one that comes with it. The shade hasa few rips in the shade material, presumably due to age, dryness and hardening of material. In the photos you can see a different lamp that I think the shade goes with better. Asking $35
