The Callaway ERC Fusion fairway wood combines multiple materials to increase distance and forgiveness. A carbon composite crown is fused to a stainless steel face, body and sole. This allows the Center of Gravity to be lower to increase launch angles and increase Moment of Inertia. The higher MOI results in improved accuracy and distance on off-center hits.
