This bench will most likely outlive you. Practically no maintenance, unless you want to use a concrete sealant on it, which you would have to reapply every few years.
I like to build things for fun and then sell them. I built this 2 months ago. It's made with high-strenght concrete, and has rebar inside the concrete for added strenght.
