I have this 1987 30 foot Layton travel trailer it has a queen size bed plus the kitchen table folds down to a bed and so does the couch. it is in excellent condition. I work as a trailer repairman during the day so i know its done right and I did everything to get it up to excellent working condition. I put all new exterior lights, pluse a new 7 way plug, and resealed the roof removed the old sealent and resealed around vents and down both sides and clean and packed bearings with all new seals, replaced the brakes and magnets now they are basically new brakes. The tires are about two years old but they have hardly any miles on them. Replace all dump valve. Cleaned and serviced the fridge it works on propane and 110 and instaled a brand new furnace and did a full service on the water heater and everything works great. It does have an AC and it works great. I check the water system and everything pressurizes and works great i put all brand new faucet in and a brand new toilet in. Pressurized the lp system to check for any gas leaks and everything holds proper PSI with no leaks. Put a brand new gas regulator on the propane tanks. Completely clean and renovated the whole inside it had some water damage in the back left corner but i removed both windows and cut out all the bad wood and framed it better than it was and resheated the whole back corner with new wood then resealed all windows on exterior of trailer. and made sure everything was working correctly inside and out and installed a new microwave as well this trailer is honestly ready to hit the road and not have one issue the exterior is in almost perfect condition. Built two brand new man doors and painted them. Instead, a brand new battery and tested the charging system and everything works great.
