ZelleI have decided to sell my sports card and memorabilia shop store that is in Apache Junction AZ.
In the last 12 months it has done over $6000 in sales from this one location. That does not include online sales. I can send the sales report to those that are interested.
It comes with over $3000 of items already priced and placed in the shop.
It is in a booth in an indoor flee market / antique mall. The monthly rent is $135 for the spot. There is also a 12 percent fee for each item sold, and a $3 a month for the sales tracking software.
The location owners then handle everything else, like check out and sales. You get to do just the fun stuff like finding the deals to buy, and restocking the booth.
It is super passive. I only go to the location like twice a month. The thing that takes most the time is finding deals to resell. But that to me is fun and I do it from my computer.
I am looking for $6,000 OBO for the business.
I will also share any tips I know, and sign a non compete for AJ.
