VenmoThese snack sets were very popular in the 1950s and 60s. This particular style was produced in the 40s and 50s. This set belonged to my mother who used them exclusively for her ladies club that met monthly, which meant that she hosted about once a year. They were used for llight refreshments and some type of drink. The plates even have an indent in the surface to hold the cup in place. This vintage MCM Snack Set includes 6 of the 10 inch plates and 6 cups. There are no chips or cracks on any of the plates. One cup has a tiny "rough spot" on the handle. (See last picture) It's not big enough to be a chip, but it is an imperfect spot, but since it's not on the rim it would be safe to use. I'm sure it could be polished out. All the other cups are in new condition and none of them have any chips or cracks on the rims. If you want more than just a set of 6, I do have another listing for a set of 8 (16 pieces in all).
