VenmoI got this engine in an auction so my knowledge is limited. It has the starter, ECM, air pump, and both turbos. The writing on the valve cover says it runs and sounds good with 360k miles, but I don’t know who wrote that or when. The atmosphere turbo spins freely, I haven’t taken the pipes off to check the high pressure turbo. The flywheel rotates. You’re welcome to do any checking you like on it before purchasing. Located in Ogden. Can load with a forklift. Credit Card Accepted.
