This is a 1945-D Silver Nickel. These coins were minted during World War II using a silver alloy in order to conserve nickel-metal. The coin has been certified and graded Mint-State 64 Full Steps (MS64FS) by PCGS (Certification #: 13458211). The coin and holder both in good condition.
