This is a medical variable pressure mattress that constantly adjusts the pressure based on your weight and height so that you are comfortable and also commonly used to prevent bedsores or help people who are in bed a lot. It sells for about $1,300 which I think is crazy. This is the last one of the batch that has been rotated out even though it has been used very little. It is like new. Since this is the last one, there is also an extra mattress if that can be of use to you.

You can set the weight and height and have three independent zones at the head, body, and feet from as hard to soft as you want. It can adjust the temperature of the air for comfort. It is washable. Weight can be set between 50 to 300 pounds. It's a great deal. You are welcome to try it out.
