I bought this in August of 2021 and opened it to activate and charge the phone, so only the charger and phone have been touched. I have had it in the box in my car but have never made a call or text with it. Over a period of a few years I accrued minutes monthly reaching a total of 1800 minutes, when I decided to put it on a standby plan (which keeps the accrued minutes valid), which is what it is on now. Transfer of minutes through Satellite Phone Store. Confirmed with customer service that transfer can be made (see pic). Please contact Satellite Phone Store for details on what is needed to set up a new account in order to transfer the minutes to your account and begin using the phone you will receive.
