I have a 1999 Utah Coleman camper trailer for sale. Trailer has two king beds on each side and then two beds in the middle. You can sleep up to seven comfortably in this trailer. Trailer has a third pull out on the back side where the table goes creating a more spacious floor plan and additional sleeping area. We've used it the past four years and it has kept us warm and dry. Amenities include: Refrigerator, heater, water pump with water tank, shower, cassette toilet (I don't think it has ever been used), and stove. All of these amenities are functional. It does come with a water heater, although I have never used it so I can't vouch if it is working. It was working when I bought it. No electrical issues. Does need a new battery but it does work off battery or you can plug it into the electrical hookups at the RV park or generator. Overall, the trailer is in good condition despite its age. It does have some cosmetic issues that I show in the pictures. We've always kept it covered when parked in the driveway. We will also include the rain cover.
