Are you an experienced rider looking for a rewarding partnership with a young horse who already has a solid foundation and is ready to continue building miles? I’m offering a half lease on Fire, a Mustang gelding with a kind heart, strong work ethic, and a growing resume under saddle.

Fire has had 6+ years of consistent groundwork and now 100+ rides under saddle. He has been thoughtfully started and brought along with patience and consistency, focusing on softness, responsiveness, and confidence. He has been ridden by experienced riders, worked regularly in arenas, and has successfully transitioned into trail riding and showing.

Fire has:\

• Been on multiple trail rides\
• Shown under saddle at two shows\
• Worked at the walk, trot, and canter\
• Experience in large arenas and new environments with manageable reactions

He is intelligent, sensitive, and very willing, and he tries hard for his rider. Like many Mustangs and young horses, he is alert to his surroundings and may still spook on occasion. He is not aggressive, but he does require a rider who can stay calm, balanced, and confident if he has a reaction that is fearful to a new stimulus. He is continuing to develop strength, balance, and confidence, and benefits greatly from consistent, correct rides.

• Any additional training or progression will be handled by me\
• The lessee is not expected to train or introduce new concepts — just help add quality miles under saddle

This horse is not beginner-safe and is not suitable for timid or nervous riders. He is best suited for someone experienced with young or sensitive horses who enjoys thoughtful, correct riding and understands how to support a horse mentally as well as physically.

• Half lease only (no lease-to-buy at this time) • Written contract provided prior to commitment • Meet-and-greet available • Multiple rides offered before final decision • Photos and videos available upon request • Lessee may attend shows with Fire (entry fees, overnight stalls, and show feed covered by lessee)

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced rider who wants access to a well-started young Mustang without the responsibility or cost of ownership — and for someone who values correct, thoughtful horsemanship over rushing progress.

Located in Herriman, UT Boarded at a facility with access to a round pen, outdoor arena, and trailer (there are two public arenas within 30 minutes travel time as well)!
