Eight feet by 12’ including 3’ porch. Open studs inside. Needs a little work that I am going to do this fall. The price will increase as I get the work accomplished. Buyer would be responsible for moving it but it is not anchored at all. The current price is “as is”. It needs a new porch deck. The roof and skylights are about 18 years old. There are no leaks however. It has never leaked. The paint is about 4 years old. Those are the tasks I will be doing which would nearly double the price. Cash or Venmo only. Texting is best. Cary
