Has never leaked. King size bed on one side. Full size bed on the other. Table and benches fold down into a queen. Comes with 4 inch memory foam pads for each bed. Stove works. Has 5 gallon water tank and sink. Has power hook ups and lights. Good tires with no cracks. Brand new spare. Built in 1985 and has always been stored inside. Still has original paper work. Just a couple small issues that have never caused a problem. It's been a great trailer but the truck broke down and got sold, and we're moving soon.
