This antique style swing is such a great addition to any farm, park, or more permanent setup (not a mobile unit). Very thrilling, even for adults! The Smith & Smith design is tall and impressive, the kids always come back for multiple rides on this one, it has served us very well, even thrilling for adults and teens. It has 12 seats. We've used a 42" min height requirement (which is most 5 year olds). Has light bars for night-time. A spacious footprint for it would be 50 ft by 50 ft since it swings out real wide. It has current permit & inspection with UDOT. New clutch to help ease the startup and slow down, has just a simple switch on or off so many people can operate it safely. We would not be selling except that the landowner we've leased from for many years is selling for housing development.
