Comes with 2 awnings and LED lights. 2 recliners/couch, king size bed, dinette, full size residential fridge. Solar panels and generator on board. 13 foot Garage for recreational toys. Garage has queen size drop down bed and bed/split couch seat and a single bunk bed. Starlink internet (if needed) Fully furnished trailer:: Kitchen includes plates, bowls, cups, silverware, kitchen utensils, knives, mixing bowls, toaster, pots and pans, hand towels, wash rags, dish soap, cleaning wipes, paper towels. Bedroom includes sheets, blankets and pillows. Bathroom includes towels, handtowels and washrags. MUST BE 55+. No pets. Tax and Damage Waiver not included in rates.
