1996 A classic for sure

From the internet: The 1996 Triumph Tiger 900 is most famously known by riders and collectors as the "Steamer."\

The moniker comes from a couple of distinct traits of the original 1993–1998 generation:\

• The Graphics: It’s a bit of a visual play on words. The bold, stylized "Tiger" script slashed across the fairing and fuel tank resembles a stylized steam pattern or a cloud of vapor to some. It’s an affectionate name that immediately separates this heavy-duty, tall-riding 885cc triple from the sleek, fuel-injected "Girlie" models that followed in 1999 (which got their nickname from the wavy, eyelash-like graphics around the headlights). It's a legendary, bulletproof machine with a massive personality and that signature triple-cylinder growl.
