This lovely, RARE, French-Style curved footboard, solid wood bed has been artistically and professionally restored and painted with a distressed, shabby chic, matte white enamel paint technique, with some subtle antiquing, accentuating a few tiny cosmetic flaws that add to it's character. This bed is most likely over 100 years old. The carvings are hand carved. Finding another bed exactly like this is nearly impossible. When assembled, it is very sturdy. It includes 3 support slats. This UNIQUE bed will be lovely adorned with your beautiful bedding, and will be cozy!
