Large paddock area with covered shelter for rent for up to two horses. Paddock area measures roughly 80 x 26 feet and has an automatic drinker. Monthly boarding includes:

• use of 60x100 indoor riding arena
• possible parking for small trailer
• access to pasture turn-out depending on season/pasture conditions/other possible factors
• shared tack room space
• covered hay storage
• easy access off of I-15 in quiet private neighborhood with only one other boarding space
• direct access to the Rail Trail for trail riding
• right down the road from riding arenas at Smith Family Park

Located in quiet private neighborhood near Smith and Edwards where you can also ride on the gravel road. Price of $295/month is for full care for one horse, which includes weekly mucking and once daily feeding of your own food. Partial care or additional care can also potentially be arranged. An additional horse with full care is $220/month ($515 total for two). Strong preference given to someone with two horses.

If you prefer self care, we may also be able to arrange that option for $400 for two horses.
