4 Roosters are left as of 3/17/26
All roosters are English Orpingtons, just different colors. They are pushing close to 10 pounds if not more each.
If your are not familiar with the English Orpington breed or are new to chickens, I encourage you to Google English Orpingtons and not just Standard Orpingtons. They are 2 very different breeds of chickens.
The cockrels I have left are not quite full grown, however, they are big enough to process. If you would like to finish raising them up yourself, mature English Orpington roosters will get up to approximately 15 lbs.
You can finish them up on pasture grass (free range) even from your yard at no cost to feed, or you can purchase alfalfa, cracked corn and/or chicken scratch.
Cracked corn and alfalfa or pasture grass for a plump juicy bird. Pasture grass and or alfalfa for a leaner bird.
Chicken scratch and alfalfa or pasture grass for somewhere in the middle.
I live on 14400 s in Bluffdale by the city park, for reference.

Oh, and bring a box or carrier to transport your chicken(s) home in. No chickens will be sold without, no exceptions. Tying or taping feet is not acceptable.

Price is pretty much firm at $10 to $20 each. Low balling for quantity sight unseen will not be accepted (so don't waste my time) and your number will be blocked from my phone, because if roosters don't sell by the time they weigh 15 lbs, they are worth more than $10 to $20 to me to put in my own freezer. I don't have time for games or looky loos.
