The cigar store Indian has been used since the early 1800's. Due to language barriers, the cigar store Indian placed outside would let patrons know where to buy tobacco. The piece shows great detail and quality. The carved wooden Indian is in good condition, with little wear and a small crack on the base. It measures 43 T x 16" W .
