This is the second addition, from the layout I believe the original was twice as thick and half as wide. Written by Gordon Thomasson while he was doing his doctoral thesis at Cornell University in early 1970’s.
Paperback in Good/Fair condition, edgewear with some staining, but still a tight volume, 8-5/8” tall x 11” long.
