Not recommended to have someone over 300 pounds sitting in it to save wear on the motor. I love this chair and so does everyone who comes to my house and uses it. As a retired massage therapist I can vouch that this is an awesome massage. You need to personally try out any massage chair you purchase before you purchase it so KSL message me and we can set a day and time that you could come and try it out. You will not want to purchase any other chair until you experience this one. In my opinion, even the new models with more bells and whistles does not give as good of a massage as this chair. I have experienced many chairs while shopping for this one and this is by far my favorite. This massage chair was worth about $10,000 when new and it still is in great condition. This one got delivered to my house December 27, 2023. Selling item AS IS, no refunds and no returns and no shipping. Buyer must pick up in person.
