Used but well taken care of bunkhouse trailer. Sleeps 8 uncomfortably, 6 very comfortably. Good size fridge, AC, furnace, LED lighting, large shower with tub for the kids, large slide out, power awning, tv with selectable speakers, 6 gallon water heater, ample storage both indoor and outdoor, stove, microwave, good sized kitchen, queen bed that’s always up, and custom bunk bed mattress foam with covers. The bedroom has a couple doors that divide the trailer so the kids can nap. There is a propane quick connect outside for a grill. The roof has had a service done in the last 3 years and shows no signs of leakage. New tires within the last 2 years with less than 5000 miles on them. Hub bearings serviced yearly. Always cleaned after each use and maintained yearly.

My family of 5 has really enjoyed this trailer. It has served us well but we upgraded to a toy hauler.

I have hauled this trailer a lot in the past with a F-150 that had the max tow package. The trailer comes with the Equalizer trailer hitch. It also comes with a matching patio mat and some misc trailer maintenance parts and pieces. I have winterized the trailer but will happily fill it and run through all functions with serious buyers.

It is stored at a family members place so please be mindful when scheduling a visit.
