This is a rare vintage Bisque/Cardinal Policeman "Bobby" doorstop. It is ceramic, and approximately 7.5 inches tall. It was made by the United States, Cardinal China Company, which was in business from the 1940s to the 1960s. This figure is sometimes referred to as "Bobby the Doorstop".
